Before & after, documented
Arrival conditions next to the finished, dried result — pulled directly from the CompanyCam photo logs on real Restoration Doctor projects. No staging, no stock photos. The same documentation standard our Fort Lauderdale crews work to on every loss.
A selection of before/after pairs from the Restoration Doctor portfolio. The complete gallery — with full project documentation for each job — is on our reviews hub.

Active Ceiling Leak — Response to Result
The before frame is an actively running ceiling leak with water still moving through the assembly. The after frame is the same ceiling opened, dried to a documented standard, and ready for reconstruction.

Bathroom Ceiling Failure — Before & After
A bathroom ceiling that had been quietly absorbing water until it let go, next to the repaired and verified-dry result. The pair is a fair picture of how long a small supply leak can hide above a finish.

Bathroom Mold Remediation — Before & After
Colonised material behind a bathroom wall, then the same cavity after S520 containment, selective removal, HEPA detail cleaning and moisture-source correction. Nothing was painted over.

Hardwood Floor Recovery — Before & After
Cupped, saturated wood flooring alongside the same floor after mat and injection drying brought the boards back to their documented moisture content — a save rather than a tear-out.

Selective Demolition & Drying — Before & After
Saturated finishes on arrival, then the stripped and dried assembly. The demolition line in the after frame is the boundary of what the meters said could not be saved — not a guess.

Flooded Floor Extraction — Before & After
Standing water over finished flooring, then the same room extracted and set up under a controlled drying environment with equipment placed against the mapped wet areas.

Emergency Extraction — Before & After
An overnight failure caught early. The before frame is water still on the floor; the after frame is a dried, verified space that never became a demolition job.

Kitchen Ceiling Water Damage — Before & After
Water tracking through a kitchen ceiling from the floor above, next to the opened, dried and restored result. Kitchens are where hidden supply leaks show up last and cost most.

Extraction With Contents Protection — Before & After
Furniture blocked and contents lifted off wet flooring in the before frame; the dried room with contents intact in the after. Protecting contents during mitigation is cheaper than restoring them afterwards.
